The policy management tool makes it easy to distribute policies and track signatures across your organisation. This guide will show you how to send a policy one time. To automatically send a policy to all users, simply mark it as compulsory.

  1. Navigate to the View Policies page from the top menu on the policy management portal link: https://app.user-training.com/portal/ 

  2. Locate the policy you want to send and click the actions button next to it. 

  3. In the Send Policy window, select the recipients or groups within your organisation. 

  4. Click Send Policy to distribute it to the selected users.

Recipients will receive an email with a link to view and sign the policy. From the View Policies page, policy admin can track the number of people who have received and signed the policy.
