Want to send large files through TitanFile using Microsoft Outlook™ ? It’s easy.
Simply install the TitanFile Secure Send add-in for Outlook™ and compose emails as you normally would. When you’re ready to send your email, just click the new "Secure Send" button in the Outlook email toolbar.
Secure Send is compatible with Windows/Outlook 2007-2016 and Outlook 365 and the latest version (v1.2.9) can be downloaded here:

Once installed, the TitanFile Outlook plug-in should appear in the top right corner of the HOME screen menu. Click “Log in”
Enter your user name and password and log in.
**Note: For US clients, the "Server Domain" must be changed to https://us.titanfile.com
Compose an email as you would normally, attached your file, then click the “Secure Send” icon to send the file.
**Note: The Secure Send add-in is a one-time installation that will remain in Outlook until you uninstall it.
Attaching Large Files
By default, Outlook only allows a maximum upload size of 20MB. Our add-in lets you upload a file of any size.
To send a large file, click the "attach large file" button and select the file from your computer.
Wait for the file to upload.
Click the "secure send" button to send the large file.
Emails sent with Secure Send will appear in a new folder called "TitanFile Sent Items."
