TitanFile allows you to easily add contact groups to channels. This is especially useful if you have multiple internal contacts that are frequently added to channels, but you don't want to add them individually.
First, create a contact group by opening up the opening up the Contacts panel and clicking the Add Contact Group icon.
In the box that pops up, choose a name for the new contact group and click Create Group. For this example, we'll be using Chen & Smith LLP as the name.
Now, click on the contact group to open it.
Add any contacts you wish to be a part of the group by clicking the Add Contact icon. You can add as many contacts as you'd like.
Once you're finished, you can drag and drop the contact group directly to any channel to quickly add all of the contact group's contacts to the channel.
