Below are the steps to setting up Office 365 email on your Android device using your native email app.
- Tap EMAIL.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Add Account.
- Tap Add New Account
- Enter your Email address and Password and Tap Sign-in.
- *Username: Your email address
- Password: email account password.
- You will be prompted to select an account type
- Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync,
- Device will auto Populate information and prompt you to Click OK to remotely control some security features on your Device.
- Tap OK
- You Will get a prompt to Activate Device Administrator
- Tap Activate to complete Configuration
- To complete auto configuration, tap Ok.
- To find Account options you want to use. Tap Email Settings and Tap your email account. Selecting a longer sync period will show you more calendar information and email, and require more memory.
Your Office 365 email is now set up in your Android native mail app. To make sure you can send messages, compose an email and send it to yourself.
