Recurring issue: Out-of-office reply not working

 

ISSUE:

Auto-reply is working from internal contacts; not working from external contacts.

 

ACTIONS TAKEN:

-checked Outlook Auto-reply settings

The only catch is if the sender is using a hotmail, yahoo, or gmail which doesn't support Automatic Replies, they don't get one.
