Recurring issue: Kyocera TASKalfa 4052ci



ISSUE: Printer is not working



ACTIONS TAKEN:

+ Remoted in to client's machine and checked printer

+ Something is stuck on the print queue 

+ Also printer is offline (cannot ping) 

+ Restarted her computer 

+ Tried to ping the printer (now accessible) 

+ Did a test print 

+ Confirmed printer is working
