Need to share your screen in a meeting? As you’re working from home, remote screen sharing is simple in Microsoft Teams.
When you’re in a Teams meeting, open the share tray and choose what you want to show.
• Desktop lets you show anything from your screen
• Window is for a specific app.
• PowerPoint is for a presentation, or you can select “browse” to find the file you want.
• Whiteboard lets you collaborate visually.
Once you’re finished, select “stop presenting.”
