Title of the Procedure: Basic Troubleshooting on 3CX Drop Call Issue 


Objective / Goal: To resolve the 3CX inbound and outbound drop call issue. 


Description of Process:  

To perform call testing from technician and client vice-versa. If the call tested dropped from one side, then call it directly from the main line. If the issue still occurs, restart the SIP trunk services by running the script on Atera on the server where 3CX is installed.   

 

 PROCEDURE 1: Whenever we got call drops inbound / outbound  

  1. Call testing from technician and client vice-versa. 

  1. If the call tested dropped from one side, make a call directly to the main line. If it’s an extension, use the direct line to call the person from 3CX. 

 PROCEDURE 2: If it still persists 

  1. The technician will restart the services for SIP trunk via remote. 

  1. Run the script on Atera on the server where 3CX is installed.
