Setting 3CX extension in and out of DR Mode : EzyNode

Below are the steps done to switch the 3CX extension in and out of DR mode.

1. Login to the 3CX Management portal

2. Go to Extension

3. Highlight the extensions that you wanted to update (Hold CTRL and select for multiple extensions)

4. Click on Status

5. Change the Current Status as per request on Ticket.
